In early trading on Tuesday, shares of SanDisk topped the list of the day’s best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 9.7%. Year to date, SanDisk registers a 542.7% gain.
And the worst performing Nasdaq 100 component thus far on the day is Thomson Reuters, trading down 3.5%. Thomson Reuters is lower by about 30.1% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Gilead Sciences, trading down 2.6%, and Western Digital, trading up 9.1% on the day.
